Inspired by Dancheong, the traditional Korean decorative layered coloring on buildings and build from seven layers of acrylic glass and lit by a special fluorescent tube this luminaire is a colorful homage to positivity. Due to the additive color mixing of the individual layers in combination with an iridescent cover plate the lamp appears from any angle in a different color. The technical parts inside are visible during operation as an aesthetic element but when turned off the luminaire becomes a mirror.
