Lichtinstallation | Festival der Kulturen, Augsburg
In this installation at Agsburgs charming Annahof we use the analog principle of Children’s table-rotation-night-lamp. Rotating cylinders with paper cut-outs around diverse positioned light sources, depict the shadow silhouettes poetically on the windows. And tell a story for the attentive observer.
The rotating filaments tell the story of the clash of cultures with abstract light. An interpretation of the vision of a dynamic and heterogeneous society that invites the viewer to follow the play of light and shadow and discover a world of images and interpret them.
